The Ordinance on the BVG, issued by the Federal Council, contains important regulations, including the minimum interest rate, the conversion rate, special measures and investment rules. This ordinance sets out detailed guidelines to be applied for the implementation of the Federal Law on Occupational Retirement, Survivors’ and Disability Pension Plans.
