Supervisory authorities

Regional and cantonal authorities monitor the pension funds’ compliance with legal requirements. They are responsible for ensuring that pension funds comply with the legal framework in relation to their activities. In our case, the responsible supervisory authority is the BSABB (BVG- und Stiftungsaufsicht beider Basel).
